PSALM 100

1Let the whole earth shout triumphantly to the Lord!

2 Serve the Lord with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.

3 Acknowledge that the Lord is God.
He made us, and we are his—
his people, the sheep of his pasture.

4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him and bless his name.

5 For the Lord is good, and his faithful love endures forever;
his faithfulness, through all generations.

HEAR:

• Gratitude connects us to the Giver – remind yourself of all you have to thank God for (v4).

• Reflect on the faithful love of the Lord (v5) and how he has called you his own (v3).

• Acknowledge that the Lord is God and that all things are from him and for him (v3).

RESPOND:

• respond in gratitude - things you wrote down, thank him for that as a testament to others in this room of what he has done

• Intercede on behalf of those who are yet to be brought into the pasture (v3).

• Pray that accounts of God’s faithfulness would be passed down through all generations, and that all generations would know and receive his faithful love (v5).

• Ask God to raise up joyful songs in this city that testify to who he is (v2).
